FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP

All items purchased online are available for free pick-up at Consign It. We ask shoppers to come during store hours Monday through Saturday  10am-5 pm.  If you have any questions, please contact us by email at info@elizabethjacksonconsignit.com or call at 203-869-9836.  There is ample free parking in back of the store. We encourage you to bring blankets, boxes and other wrapping materials to protect your pieces.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Consign It can arrange for delivery of merchandise at the buyer’s expense within the local Connecticut and Westchester area, as well as New York City.  We can also make arrangments for shipping throughout the United States   

RETURNS

All sales are final and non-returnable for purchases online on the website, at Consign It, or at our Estate Sales. Age appropriate wear is part of buying Antiques and Vintage and this notice serves as a Disclaimer that you are buying second-hand goods that may have wear and/or flaws which the pictures cannot always depict. NO warranty of any kind implied or expressed is offered. All items are sold AS IS.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. All claims for damaged goods must be addressed directly to the shipping company. EJLLC is not liable for any damage due to packing or transit.  Buyer is responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during shipment.
